THE ROLE
We are looking for a Head of Go-To-Market to build and own Vistiq commercial machine from scratch.
This is a founding commercial role — you define the playbook, the channels, and the process that will
take us from early traction to a scalable pipeline globally.
You will work directly with the CEO, run the full sales cycle on our first strategic accounts, and lay the
groundwork for the team that will eventually scale what you've built. Every step of the commercial
approach — from prospecting to closing — will be AI-driven by design. If you are looking for a role where
someone hands you a playbook, this is not it. If you want to write it — this is exactly it.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy & Positioning
— Define and refine the ICP: fund size, geography, digital maturity, buying triggers
— Own the commercial messaging and build battlecards against the competitive landscape
— Drive pricing strategy and offer segmentation in close collaboration with the CEO
Pipeline Generation
— Design and execute outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and events
— Build an ABM approach on tier-1 accounts with tailored, high-conviction outreach
— Develop a partner network: LPs, advisors, VC associations, placement agents
Sales & Closing
— Own the full sales cycle on strategic accounts — from first contact to signed contract
— Run product demos and proof-of-concept processes with senior decision-makers
— Negotiate and close deals with DPs, CFOs, and Heads of Platform
Demand Generation & Thought Leadership
— Own Vistiq's external narrative across channels: LinkedIn, website, newsletters
— Build a consistent content engine: product insights, market education, use cases, AI workflows
— Leverage the CEO's voice as a distribution asset — founder-led sales and content
— Design and execute LinkedIn strategies: personal branding, outbound content, social selling
— Turn client conversations into content: case studies, insights, benchmarks
— Test and scale acquisition channels: organic, partnerships, targeted campaigns
Commercial Assets
— Produce all sales materials: pitch deck, one-pager, objection handling, case studies
— Build the resource library that will enable future commercial hires
Reporting & Iteration
— Set up and maintain the CRM — pipeline, forecasting, activity tracking
— Report weekly to the CEO: pipeline health, blockers, market signals
— Identify what scales, kill what doesn't — data-driven, no ego
PROFILE
— 3 to 5 years of experience with a meaningful track record in B2B SaaS sales or GTM
— Proven ability to manage enterprise sales cycles and high ACV deals (€20K–€100K+/year)
— Background in financial software or the investment industry (Affinity, DealCloud, Carta, iCapital or
equivalent) is a strong plus — as is time spent in a VC or PE firm
— Genuine interest in AI tools, automation, and the future of investment workflows
— Fluent in English — this is the primary commercial language; French is a plus
SKILLS
— AI-native commercial approach: you use AI tools daily — for prospecting, research, outreach
personalization, call prep, and pipeline management. This is not optional, it is how we work
— Hands-on with AI tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Clay, Apollo, or equivalent — you have a
real stack, not a talking point
— Builder mindset: you have built a commercial function from scratch, not just optimized an existing
one
— Structured outbound: sequencing, lead scoring, ABM — you know what converts and why
— Technical fluency: comfortable with AI product messaging, APIs, and integrations — without being
a developer
— Comfort with data: CRM hygiene, pipeline analytics, forecasting — you manage by numbers
— High ownership, low ego: you thrive in ambiguous environments and hold yourself to high
standards
— Excellent written and verbal communication in English
