We are a fast-growing startup working with major industry partners and scaling rapidly across golf and experiential travel. We are looking for a sharp, organized, and motivated coordinator to grow alongside us.
Location Requirement
This role is hybrid. While day-to-day work is primarily remote, candidates must be based in the Tampa Bay, Florida area. Regular in-person meetings with the CEO and occasional team events are a core part of this role. We are not able to consider candidates outside the Tampa Bay metro area at this time.
Position Overview
We are looking for an entry to early-career professional (1–2 years of relevant experience) to join TripFusion as a Sales & Account Coordinator. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role that blends sales support, CRM administration, customer coordination, and executive assistance.
This is not a senior sales or quota-carrying role. The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, tech-savvy, eager to learn, and excited to grow into a larger sales or account management position over time. You will work directly with the CEO and be a key operational backbone of the sales and account functions.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Pipeline Administration
- Support the CEO and sales leadership team with pipeline management and follow-up
- Maintain and update HubSpot CRM — contacts, deals, pipelines, and activity logs
- Track leads, opportunities, and deal stages; flag follow-up items for the CEO
- Prepare proposals, presentations, contracts, and onboarding materials
- Coordinate meetings, demos, and partner communications
- Support outbound sales outreach and follow-up campaigns
- Ensure accurate sales reporting and account records
CRM & Administrative Operations
- Own day-to-day HubSpot data hygiene and record management
- Organize customer and partner documentation
- Assist with reporting, dashboards, and sales operations workflows
- Coordinate onboarding and account setup activities
- Help manage inbound inquiries and route them appropriately
- Provide general administrative support to the CEO and leadership team
Customer & Partner Coordination
- Serve as a point of contact for customers and partners when needed
- Help resolve issues and ensure timely, professional communication
- Support onboarding and relationship management efforts
- Coordinate internally with operations, product, and leadership teams
Executive & Startup Support
- Work directly with the CEO on special projects and strategic initiatives
- Help keep projects organized and moving on schedule
- Assist with conference preparation, outreach, and partnership coordination
- Contribute ideas and help improve operational processes as the company scales
Qualifications
Required
- 1–2 years of experience in sales support, account coordination, customer service, operations, hospitality, travel or a related field
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (this is a firm requirement — please highlight in your application)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to adapt
- Must reside in the Tampa Bay, Florida area
Nice to Have
- Experience in sports, golf, hospitality, wellness, or travel industries
- Experience supporting a senior executive or startup founder
- Exposure to outbound sales, business development, or partnership coordination
- Familiarity with contracts, proposals, or vendor agreements
- Prior startup experience
