- Research target accounts and identify relevant decision-makers.
- Do cold-outbound prospecting efforts across phone, email, LinkedIn, events, and other channels.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with prospective customers.
- Maintain CRM data and support pipeline management.
- Prepare customer meetings, presentations, and follow-up materials.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Support partnership and ecosystem development initiatives.
- Represent ARC at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Work closely with founders on strategic GTM projects.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, AI, fintech, ERP, or related technology sectors.
- Strong communication skills in German and English.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders.
