Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce CPQ Integration Specialist to design, develop, and manage complex data integration strategies. The ideal candidate will serve as the technical lead for Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), driving integrations between Salesforce CPQ and multiple enterprise systems while ensuring data integrity, scalability, and security across a multi-cloud environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesIntegration Architecture & Development:
- Design and implement end-to-end integrations using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
- Develop and maintain integrations using Salesforce REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Streaming APIs.
- Build integrations between Salesforce CPQ and enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Snowflake, and AWS.
- Create integration mappings, task flows, schedules, and monitoring processes.
Technical Strategy & Governance
- Define and implement optimal integration patterns including Real-Time, Batch, Pub/Sub, Request-Reply, and Change Data Capture (CDC).
- Develop error handling, alerting, retry mechanisms, and reconciliation frameworks.
- Implement secure integration architectures using OAuth 2.0, JWT, and encryption standards.
Performance & Optimization
- Optimize Informatica mappings and Salesforce SOQL queries for high-volume data processing.
- Design event-driven integrations using Salesforce Platform Events and CDC.
- Ensure scalability while adhering to Salesforce governor limits and API constraints.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in Data Integration.
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica (IICS/PowerCenter) and Salesforce.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ integrations.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs:
- REST API
- SOAP API
- Bulk API
- Streaming API
- Strong knowledge of Apex Integration Services, Outbound Messaging, and Salesforce Data Model.
- Expert-level SQL skills for data transformation and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of:
- JSON
- XML
- WSDL
- RAML
- Experience implementing Real-Time, Batch, Pub/Sub, and Event-Driven architectures.
Preferred Experience:
- Integrations with SAP, Oracle, Snowflake, AWS, or other enterprise platforms.
- Experience handling large-scale integration environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Work Schedule:
- First 3 Months: Work from home aligned to night shift requirements.
- Post 3 Months: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST (+30 minutes handover).
- Permanent remote setup with continued night shift support.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per month
