Business Operations Associate
Protek Systems Limited – Oxford / Hybrid
UK, EMEA & AMER Projects
Competitive Salary + Performance Bonus
Protek Systems is looking for an ambitious, driven, and highly motivated individual to join the business as a Business Operations Associate, working directly alongside the Technical Director to help scale the company across the UK, EMEA, and AMER regions.
This is not a standard office role. We are looking for someone determined to build a serious career within a fast-growing infrastructure and technology business. The right person will gain hands-on exposure to every part of the company and will play a key role in helping drive growth, profitability, customer relationships, and operational delivery.
There are no strict prerequisites for this role. We care far more about attitude, work ethic, commercial mindset, intelligence, adaptability, and ambition than specific qualifications or previous job titles.
This is a hybrid role based between home working, our Oxford office, and customer/project locations. Worldwide travel should be expected as part of the role.
During the first 6 months, the successful candidate should expect to spend approximately 1–2 weeks onsite per month working alongside our skilled engineers to learn the industry, understand project delivery, and gain practical experience in the field. We believe understanding the operational side of the business is critical to long-term success within the company.

You will support and eventually take ownership across multiple areas of the business, including: -
- Project management and coordination
- Customer account management
- Quoting and commercial support

This role is designed for someone who wants to learn how a real business operates from the inside and who is prepared to get stuck in wherever needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Highly ambitious and career-driven
- Motivated by success, growth, and commercial performance
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident working with customers and teams
- Willing to learn quickly and take responsibility
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Happy to travel frequently, including international travel
- Based in or near the Oxford area
What We Offer

- Exposure to international projects and major customers
- A fast-track opportunity to grow within the business
