Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our organization’s financial planning, management, and reporting functions. Duties

- Implement robust risk management practices to safeguard organizational assets and ensure regulatory compliance such as SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act).
- Supervise the management of general ledger accounting, account reconciliation, and corporate finance activities.
- Drive business development initiatives by providing financial insights that support sales strategies and new market opportunities.
- Lead negotiations with financial service providers, investors, and partners to optimize financial arrangements.
- Oversee internal controls related to financial software systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in senior financial leadership roles with a strong background in financial sales, negotiation, and business development.
- Extensive knowledge of non-profit accounting, public accounting practices, and corporate finance principles.
- Deep understanding of GAAP, SOX compliance requirements, governmental accounting standards, and technical accounting concepts.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, forecasting techniques, budgeting processes, and strategic planning.
- Proficiency with advanced financial software systems and general ledger accounting tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
