We're looking for a highly driven Founder's Office – GTM & Growth professional to join our founding team and help accelerate our commercial growth across global pharma and life sciences organizations.
You'll work directly with founders, engage senior leaders across pharma and biotech, leverage cutting-edge AI tools daily, and play a critical role in shaping how an early-stage company scales from zero to one.

What you'll do
- GTM execution — Drive outbound prospecting, qualify leads, and manage pipeline across pharma and life sciences accounts.
- Outreach automation — Build, test, and iterate AI-powered outreach sequences across email, LinkedIn, and calling platforms.
- Client demonstrations — Lead product demos and discovery calls, translating technical capabilities into domain-specific value for pharma stakeholders.
- Customer engagement — Proactively build relationships with prospective customers through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other outreach channels.
- Commercial strategy — Contribute to market mapping, competitive analysis, and go-to-market planning alongside senior leadership.
- AI-augmented selling — Independently source, evaluate, and deploy AI tools for lead generation, research, content creation, and CRM enrichment.
What we're looking for
- 2–5 years of total experience, with the majority in pharma, biotech, or life sciences — ideally in a technology product, services, or consulting context
- Genuine fluency with AI tools — you already use them, you stay current, and you know how to apply them to business problems.
- Strong communicator — crisp written outreach, confident on calls, persuasive in live demos
- Proactive and self-directed — you identify what needs doing and do it, without waiting for a process to exist
- Comfortable in an early-stage environment — adaptable, resourceful, and energized by ambiguity
