Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and drive sustainable growth. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, risk analysis, and compliance. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies that support organizational goals and promote fiscal responsibility.
- Oversee all financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), IAS (International Accounting Standards), and other regulatory requirements.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and expense management initiatives to optimize resource allocation and cost control.
- Manage treasury functions including cash flow management, banking relationships, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Supervise accounting teams responsible for corporate accounting, governmental accounting, non-profit accounting, and cost accounting.
- Ensure adherence to SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) controls, COSO (Committee of Sponsoring Organizations) frameworks, and ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
- Drive business development efforts through market analysis, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and strategic partnerships to expand organizational impact.
- Lead risk analysis and management activities to identify vulnerabilities related to financial operations and develop mitigation plans.
- Interpret complex financial reports and data to inform senior leadership decision-making on profit & loss performance, revenue cycle management, and fiscal health.
- Oversee compliance with regulatory reporting requirements while maintaining transparency with stakeholders.
- Foster a high-performing finance team through leadership development, supervision, and mentorship in technical accounting practices such as tax accounting, financial modeling, supply chain finance, and payroll management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial leader with extensive supervisory experience in diverse accounting environments including corporate, governmental, or non-profit sectors.
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts such as risk management, cost control, revenue management, business analysis, and strategic planning.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial software systems and tools for financial report writing and interpretation.
- Deep understanding of GAAP, IFRS, IAS standards along with familiarity with ASC 606 revenue recognition principles.
- Exceptional analytical skills combined with the ability to communicate complex financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience leading mergers & acquisitions (M&A), market analysis projects, or business development initiatives is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation skills paired with a proactive approach to fiscal management and expense optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively within fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail in technical accounting areas such as tax accounting or public accounting practices.

Pay: $101,874.68 - $122,687.78 per year
