About us
We're building an AI-native law firm in stealth, having just closed a pre-seed round. The firm is designed from the ground up so AI is the substrate it runs on — drafting, reviewing, and redlining through agents rather than human copy-pasting. The goal is for lawyers to ship first drafts in the time a traditional associate spends opening a file.
The role
The company is hiring its first GTM (Go-To-Market) hire. This is a founding commercial role for someone who owns the entire revenue motion — positioning, pipeline, and the first repeatable sales playbook — for an AI-native legal product. You'll work directly with the founders to turn early conviction into paying clients and to build the GTM engine the rest of the team scales on top of.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full GTM motion from messaging and positioning to pipeline generation, deal cycles, and closed revenue.
- Build the firm's first repeatable sales and marketing playbook (ICP, outbound, content, partnerships) as reusable, encodable components.
- Run the go-to-market loop end to end: experiment, measure, and turn every win into a system the team can scale.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a founding/early-stage GTM, sales, or growth role (B2B / professional services or SaaS preferred).
- Track record of generating pipeline and closing deals from zero, ideally in legal, fintech, or AI tooling.
- Advanced AI user (Claude, MCPs, agents) who builds GTM workflows with AI rather than around it.
- Strong commercial writing reflex and ability to thrive in a high-energy founding team environment.
- English proficiency; French/Dutch are pluses.
Logistics
- Office location: Brussels or Paris (relocation support available for EU/EEA residents).
- Hybrid/In-person: In-person strongly preferred.
- Contract: Full-time.
Compensation
Competitive cash benchmarked to founding GTM seniority, parafiscally optimized for the local jurisdiction, plus ESOP/warrant participation.
