We are looking for a seasoned CPQ Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance enterprise quoting and product configuration solutions. This individual will play a key role in partnering with business and technology teams to improve product configuration capabilities, pricing strategies, sales quotation processes, and system integrations
The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of CPQ platforms, experience working with ERP-connected quoting environments, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions. Experience supporting configurable products within a manufacturing or engineered-products environment is highly desirable.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience supporting CPQ platforms and quote-to-cash business processes.
- Strong knowledge of product configuration, pricing strategies, discounting methodologies, quotation workflows, and approval management.
- Experience supporting integrations between CPQ and enterprise ERP systems.
- Ability to create business requirements, functional specifications, process documentation, and test scenarios.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project environments.
Strongly Preferred:
- Experience supporting enterprise CPQ solutions in manufacturing, industrial equipment, engineered products, or similar industries.
- Familiarity with configurable products, product structures, engineering rules, or bill-of-material processes.
- Experience working with CRM platforms and customer-facing sales technologies.
- Understanding of enterprise application integrations and middleware solutions.
- Exposure to product data management and workflow automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:
CPQ Platform Administration & Optimization
- Act as the primary functional resource for CPQ-related initiatives, enhancements, and process improvements.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from sales, engineering, operations, and other stakeholders.
- Configure and maintain product configuration rules, pricing structures, quote generation workflows, and approval processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, usability, and data accuracy within the quote-to-order lifecycle.
Systems Integration & Cross-Functional Support
- Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations between CPQ, ERP, CRM, and related business applications.
- Assist with data synchronization, pricing updates, product information management, and order processing workflows.
- Troubleshoot functional issues impacting system performance or data integrity.
- Participate in integration testing and validation efforts during system updates and enhancements.
Product Configuration & Data Management
- Maintain configurable product structures, attributes, business rules, and pricing methodologies.
- Support product data governance and lifecycle management processes.
- Configure approval workflows, validation logic, and user-facing functionality to align with evolving business requirements.
- Participate in software releases, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
Business Partnership & Process Improvement
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
- Facilitate requirements workshops, process reviews, and solution design sessions.
- Develop process documentation, training materials, and user guides.
- Provide functional guidance and support to end users across multiple departments.
Testing, Support & Governance
- Develop and execute functional test plans, user acceptance testing, and regression testing activities.
- Support issue resolution, root cause analysis, and ongoing production support efforts.
- Ensure system changes adhere to established business controls, data quality standards, and compliance requirements.
