The work you do will directly support our sales, marketing, and operational efforts, helping us accelerate growth and expand our footprint across the manufacturing industry. You will work closely with Tristar AI's leadership team, sales organization, customers, and external partners.
This is a hybrid role based out of our Kendall Square office in Cambridge, MA.

Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in developing proposals, presentations, and commercial materials for prospective customer engagements.
- Build ROI analyses, business cases, and financial models that demonstrate the value of Tristar AI's solutions.
- Draft, manage, and track customer order forms, contracts, and related sales documentation.
- Coordinate contract signature workflows and ensure timely execution of customer agreements.
- Support customer onboarding and vendor onboarding processes, including documentation collection, compliance requirements, and operational coordination.
- Coordinate and support trade shows, conferences, customer visits, and industry events.
- Create and maintain sales collateral, case studies, marketing materials, presentations, and customer-facing content.
- Lead and execute marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, and industry-specific channels.
- Assist with lead generation and outbound marketing initiatives.
- Maintain and improve CRM data quality, sales processes, and operational workflows.
- Track, analyze, and report on key sales and marketing performance metrics.
- Work closely with leadership to support strategic growth initiatives and market expansion efforts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, operations, and customer success teams to improve customer experience and internal processes.
- Help develop scalable processes and infrastructure to support Tristar AI's continued growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Operations, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, sales support, business operations, marketing support, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
- Experience creating professional proposals, presentations, sales collateral, and marketing materials.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience performing ROI analyses and business case development.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience coordinating events, trade shows, conferences, or customer-facing marketing initiatives.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
- Experience managing contract workflows, order forms, or customer documentation is a plus.
- Experience supporting vendor onboarding, procurement processes, or operational workflows is a plus.
- Previous experience working in a startup or high-growth company is highly preferred.
