Company Description
Nolvis is a U.S.-based UAV company providing secure, field-grade commercial drone hardware for LiDAR / photogrammetry surveying, infrastructure inspection, and enterprise operations.
We bring Japanese-developed drone technology to American industry through practical products designed for reliability, portability, security, and cost efficiency.
Our systems are built for operators who need capable alternatives to conventional industry-standard drones amid ongoing regulatory and supply chain shifts.
Nolvis is building from the U.S. with the ambition to become a global leader in industrial drone hardware for real-world field operations.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, Texas.
Nolvis is looking for a highly motivated, flexible, and hands-on founding team member to work directly with the President of Nolvis and help build the U.S. business from the ground up.
This is not a narrow sales role, operations role, or assistant role. You will be involved in customer outreach, sales follow-up, demo coordination, CRM management, equipment preparation, logistics, partner communication, business development execution, and day-to-day business operations.
This role is ideal for someone who wants significant responsibility early, learns quickly, adapts well to changing priorities, and wants to grow into a future leader of the U.S. business.
You will join at an early stage, when your work can directly shape how Nolvis grows in the U.S. and globally, with the opportunity to grow into a core business leader over time.
What We Value
We value people who care deeply about results, move with speed, take ownership, and focus on the few actions that truly move the business forward.
In an early-stage business or startup, problems will happen. What matters is handling issues early, communicating clearly, and bringing the next action before being asked.
We are looking for someone who is willing to learn quickly, execute with discipline, improve through feedback, and help turn successful actions into repeatable processes.
This role is for someone who wants to be measured by outcomes and the quality of execution, and who wants to grow through high expectations, direct responsibility, and the opportunity to help build a company with global ambitions.

This is an on-site role based at our Dallas office. The role is expected to work primarily from the office, with customer visits, product demos, events, field activities, and occasional business travel as needed.
