Role Description This is a full-time GTM Specialist role based in Vancouver, BC, in a hybrid work arrangement that combines on-site collaboration with flexibility to work from home. The GTM Specialist will plan and execute go-to-market initiatives for new products, features, and campaigns targeting global Gen Z audiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product, marketing, and sales teams to define positioning, messaging, and launch plans that align with GenPark’s agentic platform. The role involves analyzing market trends and customer insights, creating GTM playbooks, and coordinating cross-functional execution across channels. The GTM Specialist will also track performance metrics, optimize campaigns based on data, and document learnings to refine future launches.
Qualifications
- Go-to-market planning skills, including experience defining launch strategies, positioning, and messaging for digital or AI-driven products.
- Marketing and growth skills, such as campaign planning, demand generation, and funnel optimization across multiple channels.
- Analytical skills, including comfort with performance metrics, experimentation, and translating data into actionable insights.
- Cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with product, sales, and marketing stakeholders to align on priorities and timelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear briefs, GTM playbooks, and enablement materials.
- Experience in SaaS, AI, martech, or consumer tech environments is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with Gen Z digital behavior, social platforms, and content formats is a strong asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment and manage multiple launches or initiatives in parallel.
