Role Overview: Operational backbone of the Finance team, ensuring 100% accuracy and timeliness of all revenue-to-cash transactions across omnichannel platforms (ERP, payment gateways, marketplace portals, Tally).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Sales & Omnichannel Entries
▸ Post sales entries across all channels (website, marketplaces, POS, exports) to Tally daily
▸ Reconcile marketplace settlement reports (Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio) with Tally
▸ Record exhibition, advance, and inter-branch stock transfers
2. Receipts & Refunds
▸ Reconcile all inbound receipts (UPI, NEFT, card, cash) against correct invoices
▸ Post credit notes for returns; verify refunds against Razorpay confirmations
▸ Raise and track chargebacks and marketplace disputes to resolution
3. Reporting & Compliance
▸ Prepare and share channel-wise daily sales MIS to CFO and Management.
▸ Compile GSTR-1 source data package (HSN-wise, TCS lines) by 5th of month
Support e-way bill reconciliation and GSTR-2B mismatch analysis
Ideal Candidate Profile:
1. Education
▸ B.Com / Finance degree; Tally Certification or CMA/CMA inter preferred
2. Experience
▸ 4–5 years in accounts/sales accounting at ₹20 Cr+ companies
▸ Mandatory: omnichannel/multi-channel retail (online, marketplaces, POS, B2B)
▸ Hands-on with Tally ERP (all modules) and 2+ marketplaces (settlement, returns)
▸ Razorpay or equivalent payment gateway reconciliation experience
▸ Fashion/apparel background preferred (GST on textiles, HSN, returns complexity)
3. Skills & Competencies
▸ Advanced Excel: VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, reconciliation templates
▸ Strong reconciliation mindset, zero-error discipline, audit-ready entries
▸ Self-driven, ownership mentality; escalates issues with solutions, not just problems
▸ Resilient under month-end close pressure; collaborative with ops and warehouse teams
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
