Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated professional to support our Sales Operations and Deal Desk teams. This role is a hybrid of system migration project management, data integrity, and cross-functional departmental support (Legal, Finance, and Sales). The ideal candidate is a Salesforce-savvy individual, proficient in AI workflows, who can navigate complex data environments while maintaining high-touch internal relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Systems & Process Integration
- Project Management: Lead the transition of International team renewal processes into eBuilder/Cityworks workflows.
- Pipeline Hygiene: Audit and resolve 198+ open opportunities in Salesforce spanning 2023–2025 to ensure forecast accuracy.
- Data Migration: Execute data gathering, scrubbing, and SKU mapping for Trimble Unity products to support upcoming migrations.
- Process Optimization & Tech Innovation: Design, build, and deploy an AI agent to streamline the order form process.
- Sales Support & Deal Desk
- Quoting: Generate Trimble Unity Construct quotes and official order forms.
- Compliance & Contracting: Assist the Deal Desk Director with SEC and GSA compliance; manage order fulfillment for GSA and state-scheduled contracts.
- Customer Success Liaison: Resolve roadblocks for O&PS customers and handle complex renewal issues.
- Data & Operations
- CRM Management: Act as a trusted resource for Salesforce configuration, reporting, and automation.
- Client Mapping: Update Enterprise Customer IDs for Unity clients across spreadsheets and DX / Legacy Salesforce; inserting Customer contractual lifecycle status in Legacy Salesforce.
- Gap Analysis: Analyze data models and sales order processes to identify and fix operational inefficiencies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years in revenue-related roles (Sales Ops, Deal Desk, or Renewals).
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong Salesforce (CRM) skills; e-Builder or Cityworks experience is a significant plus.
- Proficient in AI workflows, with the ability to build and deploy AI agents for process automation.
- Expertise in Google Workspace and MS Excel (data scrubbing/VLOOKUPs).
- Experience with BI Analytics and data visualization is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Urgency: Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional oral and written skills for cross-departmental networking.
- Adaptability: Comfortable with shifting priorities and a high volume of miscellaneous tasks.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
