We are looking for a Sales Operations & Strategy Lead to own and elevate our entire sales operations function.
This is a senior role for someone who thrives on building structure, driving accountability, and making a sales team sharper and more effective.
What You’ll Own:
Lead Management & CRM Excellence — Manage the full lead lifecycle from ZoomInfo to HubSpot, maintaining a clean, accurate, and well-structured CRM at all times. Team Leadership & Accountability — Lead and hold the sales team accountable to processes, timelines, and performance standards — you set the bar and make sure it’s met.
Process Development — Continuously refine and improve internal sales workflows, identifying gaps and implementing scalable solutions.
Automation & Systems — Build and manage workflow automations that reduce manual work and increase team efficiency.
Sales Support — Jump on sales calls to support the team when needed, acting as a strategic partner to close and convert.
What We’re Looking For :
- 2 - 4 Years experince.
- Proven experience with HubSpot (CRM management, pipeline setup, automations).
- Hands-on experience with lead generation tools (ZoomInfo or similar platforms).
- A track record of leading teams and driving accountability — not just executing, but owning outcomes.
- Strong process-oriented mindset with the ability to spot inefficiencies and fix them.
- Comfortable being both strategic and in the weeds when the moment calls for it.
- Remote - Working hours from 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST .
- From Monday to Friday.
