What You'll Do
• Own CRM administration, data quality, and process governance
• Manage deal desk operations, pricing approvals, and compliance workflows
• Coordinate RFP/RFI responses and stakeholder collaboration
• Drive follow-ups and ensure timely closure of action items
• Build sales dashboards, reports, and forecasting insights
• Support sales enablement, onboarding, and process automation initiatives
Ideal Candidate
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or CRM Administration
- Hands-on expertise with Zoho CRM (preferred)
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Experience in SaaS, Technology, or Enterprise Software environments preferred
