The Role
We're looking for a finance & operations lead to be the financial backbone of our company as we scale from seed to our next round of funding. This is a high-ownership, zero-ambiguity role; you'll be the person leadership trusts to keep the financial engine running, the numbers sharp, and the operations tight.
You'll sit at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations, working directly with leadership and the accounting team. From building dashboards that give real-time visibility into how the business is performing to rolling up your sleeves on procurement and vendor negotiations, you'll own the work end to end. What You'll Do:
- Build dashboards and reporting that give leadership real-time visibility into revenue, burn, unit economics, and key operating metrics
- Own financial planning and analysis including annual planning, rolling forecasts, and headcount modeling
- Support fundraising, investor relations, and strategic transactions such as M&A and partnerships with data-driven analysis and materials
- Develop and maintain the financial infrastructure needed to operate efficiently as we scale from Seed to Next Round of Funding
- Implement new age AI ERP with the accounting team to streamline Finance Operations end to end
- Drive procurement, vendor evaluation, and cost optimization across the company
- Identify and solve operational bottlenecks before they become problems
Must-Haves:
- 1 – 3 years of hands-on experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A
- CA with strong accounting fundamentals
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, strong analytical and reporting skills.
- High ownership and attention to detail, comfortable managing multiple priorities independently.
