As a founding team member, you aren’t just running processes; you are building the foundation of a category-defining platform. You will have deep ownership of the operations process, from solving key day-to-day roadblocks to setting up the right processes that are built for scale, helping us navigate the "zero-to-one" journey and scale an experience that solves real-world needs for parents.
The Role
You will fully own the inventory lifecycle from the moment stock hits our building to the moment it is ready to go to the customers. This is a role requiring hands-on warehouse team management, process setup, and analytical oversight using modern operational tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbounding & Quality Control: Design and enforce strict Quality Check (QC) protocols for all incoming merchandise to ensure zero defective stock enters circulation
- Inventory Analytics: Run regular data analysis on stock turn, aging inventory, SKU performance, and missing items. Turn raw warehouse data into actionable insights for the buying and curation teams.
- Cataloging Architecture: Own the end-to-end cataloging pipeline. Ensure every item is accurately tagged, categorized, and uploaded swiftly onto our platform
- AI Integration: Implement and run modern AI tools (such as automated background removers, AI-assisted copy generation, and automated tagging systems) to accelerate the cataloging workflow.
Who You Are
0–2 Years of Execution Experience: Your background in e-commerce operations, dark-store management is a plus but not necessary
Data-Fluent: You are proficient in Excel/Google Sheets. you know how to parse inventory data to spot anomalies or trends
Tech-Savvy Adaptability: You actively look for ways to automate manual work. You are comfortable experimenting with AI tools to speed up image processing and data entry
Smart and diligent: Detail oriented, obsessed with accuracy, and committed to a 6-day work week in a high-growth startup environment
Bachelor's Degree: Strong academic credentials and a bachelor's degree from a renowned institution is a plus
