The Opportunity
Join a growing national team where Sales Operations is genuinely valued. We’re looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to own and elevate how our Sales team operates across ANZ. You’ll be the custodian of CRM excellence and pipeline integrity, ensuring leaders can trust their data, forecasts, and decisions. If you enjoy turning sales data into clear direction and providing insights to sales teams, leaders and finance this role will suit you. You’ll partner closely with these stakeholders to drive performance, improve forecasting accuracy, and embed consistent, high-quality sales practices.
What You Will Own
- CRM as the single source of truth as a familiar user of CRM with ability to manage administration and architecture with an integration partner. Own data quality, pipeline hygiene, stage discipline, and reporting accuracy
- Forecasting confidence. Improve forecast reliability by strengthening opportunity quality, risk visibility, and close-date accuracy
- Actionable insights & reporting. Build dashboards and KPI packs that Sales Leaders actually use to manage performance, pipeline, and renewals
- Sales process optimisation. Simplify workflows, reduce admin burden, and improve CRM adoption through practical improvements
- Commercial data integrity. Maintain clean, accurate data across opportunities, contracts, renewals, approvals, and orders
- CRM ownership & enablement. Be the go-to expert for onboarding, support, and continuous improvement of CRM usage. You will undergo training as an administrator and be the Rauland expert in CRM.
- Cross-functional impact. Partner with Sales, Finance, IT, Legal, Supply Chain, and Delivery to improve end-to-end execution
What Success Looks Like
- CRM adoption is high because it’s simple, useful, and reliable
- Dashboards drive action, not just visibility
- Pipeline data is clean, consistent, and decision-ready
- Sales processes are optimised
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years in Sales Ops, or Sales Analytics in a B2B environment
- Strong hands-on CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot, SugarAI)
- Proven ability to improve pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy
- Experience building dashboards and reports that influence behaviour
- Practical mindset - you simplify, not over-engineer
- Ability to translate data into clear actions and commercial outcomes
- Confidence working closely with sales leaders and teams
- Ability to work well in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift, while staying organised and solutions-focused
- Strong stakeholder management across commercial and operational teams
