We’re now looking for a Sales Support Specialist to become a critical part of our sales engine—helping turn deals into settled leases with precision, speed, and care.
The Role
This isn’t just admin. You’ll be the backbone of our sales process, ensuring every deal progresses smoothly from approval to settlement.
Working closely with Sales Consultants, clients, payroll teams, and financiers, you’ll ensure every application is accurate, compliant, and moving forward.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting Sales Consultants through the finance and settlement stages
- Preparing and processing lease applications and documentation
- Managing workflows to ensure timely and accurate deal progression
- Liaising with financiers, employers, and payroll teams
- Supporting clients with questions throughout the novated leasing journey
- Identifying ways to improve processes and efficiency
- Acting as a trusted internal partner to ensure exceptional client outcomes
What You Bring
- Experience in finance, lending, or a related industry
- Understanding of credit processes and financiers (highly regarded)
- Exposure to novated leasing or employee benefits (ideal but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail—you catch what others miss
- Confidence working across systems (Microsoft Office and CRM tools)
- Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- A proactive mindset—you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-moving environment
