Our International Expansion program is committed to transforming the depth, scale, and reach of our Ads offering worldwide. The environment is very fast-paced, and requires someone who is highly enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with multiple teams across multiple locales. Amazon Ads is seeking an experienced Go-to-Market (GTM) leader to join our organization. The ideal candidate is a strategic operator who can build mechanisms, influence senior leadership, and drive cross-functional alignment at a global scale. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable developing programs at depth and aligning with Director-level sales and GTM leaders. You will partner closely with WW GTM teams, Finance, and Sales leadership to ensure our international advertisers have access to the best of Amazon Ads’ product portfolio—launched on time and with maximum impact.

Job responsibilities
- Serve as the primary face of WW product launches for ICAA—ensuring the organization is prepared, enabled, and positioned to maximize the impact of every launch led by our SGTM partners.
- Own the Direct Advertiser Agreement (DAA) program end-to-end for the ICAA organization, including the 2027 program build, development of new incentive structures, and partnering with Finance on program reporting and performance tracking.

- Act as the single-threaded sales champion for Tier 1 multi-region events including Unboxed, Upfronts, and Cannes—coordinating ICAA’s presence, messaging, and sales strategy across these tentpole moments.
- Develop new and improve existing mechanisms (e.g., newsletters, enablement sessions, toolkits) to keep ICAA sales teams informed and prepared for new product and feature launches.
- Gather feedback from sales teams, iterate on processes, and drive continuous improvement across GTM mechanisms and launch execution.
- Engage with and influence senior Sales and GTM leaders (Director+) to drive alignment, secure resources, and advocate for ICAA priorities within the broader Ads organization.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing P&L or revenue targets at a regional or country level.
- Strong executive communication skills — ability to present complex data and trade-offs to senior leadership.
- Experience working in matrixed, global organizations with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising, self-service ad platforms, or retail media networks.
- MBA or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
