Build and Lead Our Roofing Division
Tri-West Exteriors is a well-established exterior contracting company serving Calgary and surrounding areas. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Roofing Sales & Operations Manager to help build and lead our roofing division.
This is not a typical sales position. We are looking for a proven roofing professional who can manage projects from the initial customer meeting through to completion and final payment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and close residential roofing opportunities
- Meet with homeowners and prepare accurate roofing quotations
- Measure roofs and determine material requirements
- Order materials and coordinate deliveries
- Schedule crews and oversee project execution
- Maintain strong customer communication throughout the project
- Manage collections and ensure projects are completed profitably
- Develop relationships with suppliers, builders, restoration companies, insurance adjusters, and referral partners
- Help establish processes and systems as we continue to grow the roofing division
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in residential roofing sales and project management
- Strong understanding of roofing materials, installation methods, and industry best practices
- Ability to quote, sell, and manage roofing projects independently
- Existing industry relationships and a strong local network are considered a significant asset
- Proven track record of generating and closing roofing sales
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset
- Valid driver's license
- Must be local
- Must have excellent English
