We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Operations Coordinator with 1-2+ years of experience to join us onsite at our corporate office in Marina Del Rey, CA. You will be the operational backbone of our sales team - ensuring data integrity, driving research, and keeping our revenue engine running efficiently.
What you’ll do- Data & CRM Management: Create, manage, and maintain contacts and companies within our CRM. Clean and deduplicate records regularly to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Sales Research & Due Diligence: Perform in-depth research to uncover missing account information and conduct thorough due diligence on prospects ahead of upcoming demos.
- Demo Analysis & Action Planning: Review and analyze sales demo recordings to extract key insights, building structured tasks and actionable follow-up plans for the sales team.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Maintain and update sales dashboards and operational reporting to provide leadership with clear pipeline visibility.
- Team Support & Organization: Act as the organizational hub for the sales and exec team, streamlining administrative workflows, managing schedules, and handling day-to-day operations.
What you’ve done- Experience: 1+ years in an administrative, sales support, or revenue operations role, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience navigating, updating, and maintaining clean data in a CRM system.
- Detail-Obsessed: You spot inconsistencies instantly and take pride in maintaining immaculate records and comprehensive account research.
- Process-Oriented: Proven ability to manage dashboards, synthesize complex information from meetings into clear action items, and keep administrative systems running seamlessly.
- Self-Starter Mentality: You don’t need hand-holding; you show up prepared, anticipate the needs of the sales team, and run your area like a business.
