Job Summary
The Business Operations Manager will act as the Founder’s right hand and will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, team performance, lead management, recruitment, franchise coordination, and business expansion activities.
The ideal candidate should be highly organized, result-oriented, and capable of managing multiple teams and locations simultaneously.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
- Monitor and manage operations across all branches.
- Ensure smooth execution of daily business activities.
- Implement and maintain company SOPs and operational standards.
- Identify operational challenges and provide solutions.
Team Management
- Monitor performance of counselors, trainers, managers, and support staff.
- Conduct regular performance review meetings.
- Ensure teams achieve assigned targets and KPIs.
- Improve accountability and productivity across departments.
Lead & Sales Management
- Track lead generation, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions.
- Analyze branch-wise sales performance.
- Work closely with teams to improve conversion rates and revenue.
Recruitment & Training
- Hire, train, and onboard new employees.
- Build strong teams across all branches.
- Create and implement performance improvement plans when required.
Franchise Support & Expansion
- Coordinate with existing franchise partners.
- Attend franchise meetings and business development discussions.
- Support franchise onboarding and expansion initiatives.
- Travel when required for business meetings and branch visits.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Track branch performance metrics and business growth indicators.
- Present actionable insights directly to the Founder.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in Operations, Sales, Business Development, or Team Management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple branches and teams.
- Willingness to travel frequently.

Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹70,000 per month
