Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the organization’s finance function, financial planning, investor relations, compliance, treasury, and business transformation initiatives. Candidates must have significant finance leadership experience in the EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) industry or related manufacturing sectors involving high-volume production, supply chain complexity, and inventory-intensive operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the complete Finance & Accounts function of the organization.
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and business performance reviews to support informed decision-making.
- Manage treasury, cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
- Lead equity fundraising, debt financing, and investor relations activities.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, audit, and regulatory requirements.
- Design and implement internal controls, governance frameworks, and financial processes.
- Drive manufacturing finance excellence including product costing, inventory controls, BOM cost analysis, margin improvement, plant finance, and working capital optimization.
- Monitor product-wise profitability, customer profitability, manufacturing variances, cost reduction initiatives, and pricing support for business development teams.
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team to drive strategic decision-making, business expansion, profitability improvement, and long-term value creation.
- Partner with Procurement and Supply Chain teams to optimize sourcing strategies, inventory levels, vendor payment cycles, and cost efficiencies.
- Lead ERP, manufacturing finance automation, inventory management systems, and digital transformation initiatives to improve operational visibility and controls.
- Build and mentor high-performing finance teams while collaborating with legal, payroll, procurement, and operations teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounts with leadership exposure.
- Prior experience as CFO / Finance Head / Finance Controller in EMS, Electronics Manufacturing, Industrial Manufacturing, contract manufacturing or Engineering industries is strongly preferred.
- Strong expertise in fundraising, treasury management, investor relations, financial planning, and statutory compliance.
- Strong experience in managing large working capital cycles, inventory financing, LC/BG management, forex exposure, and banking relationships.
- Experience managing multi-location manufacturing operations and international business environments preferred.
- Experience working with multinational customers, export business, transfer pricing, foreign exchange management, and international compliance will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, financial controls, and process automation.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, strategic planning, and business partnering skills.
