Our products are integral to a variety of military land vehicles, such as Abrams and Bradley fighting vehicles, as well as Light Armored, Armored Security, and Stryker vehicles. Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role located in Richardson, TX. The CFO will oversee all financial operations, develop financial strategies, prepare financial statements and reports, and ensure regulatory compliance. Day-to-day tasks include managing budgets, analyzing financial data, leading financial planning efforts, collaborating with executive leadership on business strategy, and providing insights to maximize financial performance and organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategy development
- Proficiency in managing Financial Statements and handling Financial Reporting
- Requires extensive experience in DoD/Manufacturing
- Must be a U. S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Comprehensive knowledge of Finance principles and practices
- Exceptional Analytical Skills for evaluating complex financial data and making informed decisions
- Proven leadership and decision-making capabilities
- Experience in NetSuites a big plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with teams and stakeholders
- Experience in manufacturing or defense-related industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the defense sector is required.
