Financial Additions is searching for a fractional CFO for a 4-6 month contract role in Dallas. This is an onsite position that will provide strategic direction for accounting, reporting, and compliance.
Responsibilities include:

Drive process improvements and lead all accounting operations (GL, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax compliance).

Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.

Oversee external audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.

Strengthen internal controls, policies, and procedures.

Work with executive team on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
Qualifications include:
- 10+ years' progressive accounting career with at least 4 years in executive leadership.

Strong technical knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, regulatory compliance and mortgage securitizations.

Proven ability to lead large teams, foster collaboration, and influence at the executive level.

Change agent able to modernize and implement updated systems to scale the organization.

Resort development accounting experience a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA (MBA preferred)
