About
Governments and policymakers make decisions that shape millions of lives, but they still operate with slow research cycles, fragmented evidence, and expensive consultant reports that often arrive only after programs have launched. We believe AI can help public institutions make better decisions: faster, more evidence-based, more responsive, and more accountable to the people they serve.
Our platform helps public institutions synthesize evidence, simulate how policy choices may affect people, budgets, and outcomes before rollout, monitor real-world results, and continuously improve decisions over time.
We closed a
$5.7M seed round earlier this year, led by Relentless, with participation from a16z speedrun, Liquid 2, Operator Collective, Entourage, Station F, Plug and Play and others. We are now scaling across the
US and Europe and hiring founding team members to help build a new category at the intersection of AI, simulation, public policy, and institutional decision-making.
Job Description
The role
We’re hiring our first Founders Associate to work directly with the founding team in Paris and help build the operational backbone of a fast-growing AI startup operating across France, the UK, and the US.
This is a broad, high-trust role for someone who wants to learn how a company gets built from the inside. You’ll work across hiring, finance, legal/admin coordination, investor materials, internal systems, and special projects — taking messy problems off the founders’ plates and turning them into clear, reliable processes.
Day To Day, You'll
- Run hiring operations: sourcing, scheduling, candidate experience, interview coordination, and offer processes.
- Own finance operations: invoicing, expenses, budget tracking, light modeling, and coordination with accountants across jurisdictions.
- Coordinate admin and legal workflows: contracts, vendor management, corporate compliance, and entity administration across our French, UK, and US entities.
- Project-manage special projects that do not yet have an owner — from setting up a new office to preparing materials for partners, investors, or customers.
- Build lightweight internal systems so the company runs better each week.
- Be the person who unblocks the founders so they can focus on customers, product, and company strategy.
Preferred Experience
You're a fit if you
- Are fluent in French and English (non-negotiable — you'll work across our French entity and anglophone clients daily)
- Have experience in a high-intensity environment: consulting, banking, ops at an early-stage startup, or similar
- Are obsessively organized, but comfortable when half the information is missing and you have to make a call
- Do the small things well (calendar tetris, expense reports) and the big things quickly (standing up a UK subsidiary, prepping a board update)
- Want to understand how a company actually gets built, not just kept running
Nice to have
- Exposure to government, policy, or public-sector consulting
- Experience with cross-border operations or French/UK/US legal and tax setups
- Comfort using AI tools in your own workflow
Recruitment Process
Our process is lightweight and designed to help both sides assess fit quickly. It typically includes an initial conversation with a founder, a deeper role-specific interview, and a short practical exercise or case discussion. Finalists meet all founders before we make an offer.
