Parallels: anytime, anywhere, any-device productivity.
Why Parallels, why now
The top creative and technical minds could sell anywhere. So why are so many choosing Parallels? Three reasons:
This is the moment. It's an exciting time at Parallels — strong leadership, a refreshed brand, and a whole new approach to how the world works. The EUC market is shifting fast, and we're at the front of that wave. We want you riding it with us.
We want you to be you. Too many companies tell you about their culture and then expect you to fit it. Ours is built from the people who work here. We want you to feel safe being who you are, taking risks, and showing us what you've got.
It's your world. We know you have a life. We want to be part of it — not all of it. At Parallels, we're serious about empowering people to work when, how, and where they want. Couch? Sweatpants? Cool with us. Happy sellers mean happy customers. That's why we hire amazing people and get out of their way.
Sound good so far? Awesome. Let's talk about the role.
What you'll do
- Maintain and QA Revenue Operations self-serve tables in Snowflake to ensure accurate, timely, and reliable data for business users.
- Monitor recurring data refreshes and reporting dependencies across Snowflake and Looker; investigate inconsistencies and partner with IT/Data teams to resolve source or transformation issues.
- Review Looker dashboards for broken tiles, outdated logic, refresh failures, and data discrepancies; coordinate fixes and ongoing maintenance.
- Maintain operational reports and dashboards that support SFDC data quality, case queue management, exception reporting, and sales visibility.
- Manage the Salesforce case queue, including intake, prioritization, resolution, and escalation of Revenue Operations requests.
- Support SFDC case work such as account updates, owner/reassignment changes, merge requests, NCOs, report/dashboard requests, and general help requests.
- Own SFDC/NetSuite exception reporting, sync reconciliation, and recurring data hygiene workflows; identify, investigate, and resolve incomplete, inaccurate, or unsynced records, including CMs and invoices not syncing to SFDC.
- Execute approved Salesforce bulk updates with appropriate QA, field mapping, approval documentation, and post-load validation.
- Support recurring operational processes such as quarter-end cleanup, pipeline/account/opportunity hygiene, SFDC opportunity cleanup for compensation or exception issues, case queue cleanup, and other RevOps maintenance activities.
- Document standard operating procedures and recommend process improvements, automation, or reporting enhancements that reduce manual work and increase accuracy.
- Support specialized operational workflows such as contract controlling and partner deal registration tracking/reporting, as assigned.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
What you bring:
- 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, CRM Operations, Business Operations, or a similar analyst role, preferably in B2B SaaS/software.
- Hands-on Salesforce experience, including reports, dashboards, record updates, data cleanup, and operational request support.
- Working knowledge of SQL and experience validating or troubleshooting data in Snowflake or another data warehouse.
- Experience with BI/reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar; Looker maintenance experience preferred.
- Experience executing Salesforce bulk updates using Workbench or similar tools preferred.
- Strong Excel skills for data cleanup, validation, pivots, lookups, and QA.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage recurring and ad hoc requests.
- Clear communicator who can work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and maintain high data quality standards.
What we offer
- An award-winning EUC portfolio, including Parallels RAS, helping customers leverage Windows, Mac, Chrome OS, iOS, Android, and the cloud — whatever works for their business.
- Millions of users and decades of innovation under our belts.
- A fully remote workplace. No pressure to come into an office.
- A team growing fast, full of smart, motivated, genuinely fun people ready to welcome you in.
What are you waiting for? Apply now. We can't wait to meet you.
