You'll play a key role supporting the site leadership team, partnering cross-functionally to improve commercial execution, strengthen customer relationships, and deliver strong business results. This role leads the commercial operations, service quality, and day-to-day execution.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee a customer-facing team and support their development, performance, and day-to-day effectiveness.
- Streamline processes, handoffs, and workflows to improve speed, accuracy, and customer responsiveness.
- Work closely with internal partners to support account needs, solve issues, and keep commercial activity moving smoothly.
- Help reinforce operating discipline through clear follow-up, accountability, and consistent execution.
- Support forecasting, planning, and review activities.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts that strengthen service, communication, and overall commercial support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in sales operations, sales/business development, program management, procurement, or related areas.
- Experience leading people in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong commercial, financial and negotiation skills.
- Experience contributing to SIOP or similar planning processes.
- Lean or continuous improvement experience preferred.
