Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Operations professional to drive Co-Sell Engine Operations and partner engagement programs. This role will be responsible for operationalizing go-to-market initiatives, managing event execution, coordinating stakeholder communications, and ensuring seamless delivery of co-sell activities across internal teams and external partners.
The ideal candidate combines operational rigor, program management expertise, and strong stakeholder coordination skills to transform strategic direction into scalable execution plans.
Key Responsibilities
Co-Sell Program Operations
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Co-Sell Engine and partner engagement programs.
- Translate leadership strategy into actionable operational plans and execution frameworks.
- Drive end-to-end coordination of co-sell initiatives, ensuring alignment across sales, partner, and business teams.
- Monitor program progress, track deliverables, and ensure timely completion of key milestones.
Event & Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute Co-Sell Days, partner events, and strategic engagement programs.
- Coordinate event logistics including scheduling, attendee management, communications, and follow-up activities.
- Partner with PDMs (Partner Development Managers), sales teams, and external partners to secure participation and drive engagement.
- Manage event calendars, timelines, meeting schedules, and stakeholder readiness activities.
Communications & Content Management
- Develop and maintain communication templates, campaign assets, and engagement materials.
- Create invitation emails, follow-up communications, thank-you emails, and event-related messaging.
- Ensure consistent communication standards and messaging across all partner-facing activities.
- Coordinate communications between internal stakeholders and external partners.
Stakeholder & Partner Management
- Serve as a key operational liaison between partner teams, sales teams, PDMs, and business stakeholders.
- Facilitate alignment meetings and ensure stakeholders are informed of upcoming activities and deliverables.
- Manage scheduling and coordination across multiple time zones and regions, including international events such as Co-Sell Days in the UK/England.
Program Governance & Reporting
- Track event participation, engagement metrics, and operational performance.
- Maintain project plans, status updates, action trackers, and execution dashboards.
- Identify operational risks and proactively drive resolution.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on program effectiveness and execution progress.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Business Operations, Program Management, Sales Operations, Partner Operations, or related functions.
- Experience managing cross-functional programs and operational processes.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience coordinating executive, partner, or customer-facing events.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting partner ecosystems, co-sell motions, or channel programs.
- Familiarity with Microsoft partner programs or similar partner engagement models.
- Experience working with Partner Development Managers (PDMs), sales teams, and strategic partners.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools.
Sales + marketing operations
