Position Summary
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) serves as a key member of the executive leadership team and strategic business partner to the CEO, private equity sponsors, and Board of Directors. The CFO is responsible for leading all financial aspects of a growing construction subcontracting business, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, banking relationships, project finance oversight, risk management, information systems, and private equity reporting.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on financial leader with significant experience in construction, specialty contracting, or project-based industries and a proven track record of supporting growth, operational improvement, and value creation in a private equity-backed environment.
