About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of a growing retail business. The ideal candidate should be a qualified CA with extensive experience in financial planning, budgeting, compliance, taxation, and business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the company's financial planning and analysis activities.
* Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.
* Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
* Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
* Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations.
* Oversee audits, taxation, and financial reporting.
* Manage banking relationships and funding requirements.
* Drive cost optimization and profitability initiatives.
* Present financial reports and insights to management.
Requirements
* Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
* Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting leadership roles.
* Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and audits.
* Experience in retail, FMCG, or multi-location businesses preferred.
* Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
* Age above 40 years preferred.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
