Director of Business Operations & Finance
A growing consumer products company is seeking a high-potential business leader to partner directly with the CEO in scaling the business over the next several years.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants meaningful influence over the direction of a company. The role will touch finance, operations, supply chain, inventory planning, ecommerce operations, and strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate is analytical, entrepreneurial, highly organized, and excited by the challenge of helping build a business rather than simply maintaining one.
Responsibilities:
• Financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting
• Inventory planning and demand forecasting
• Supply chain and manufacturing coordination
• Vendor and partner management
• Ecommerce operations support (Amazon, DTC, and marketplace channels)
• Business process improvement and operational execution
• Partner directly with the CEO on strategic initiatives
Qualifications:
• Experience in finance, operations, business analytics, supply chain, ecommerce, or related fields
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Ability to solve problems and make recommendations
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
• Consumer products, ecommerce, Amazon, direct-to-consumer, or marketplace experience preferred

Location: Utah (Remote)
Compensation:
80K Base salary plus equity opportunity. This role is best suited for someone excited about growth, responsibility, and long-term upside.
