We are retained by a well-established, mid-size manufacturing business to appoint an experienced Chief Financial Officer. This is a confidential search being managed exclusively by STOIX Group.
The business
A specialist manufacturer with a genuinely differentiated product range, serving safety-critical industries where performance and reliability are non-negotiable. The business operates across multiple international locations with global teams, and is part of a well-regarded, financially disciplined group with a strong track record of growth and investment.
The role
Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will hold full P&L accountability for a complex, multi-entity international business. This is a hands-on leadership role with genuine board-level influence, a real integration and growth agenda, and the breadth of scope that a larger group CFO position rarely offers.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Full ownership of group financial performance, reporting and controls
- Multi-currency P&L management across international operations
- Partnering with the CEO and leadership team on strategy and investment decisions
- Driving financial integration across the group's businesses
- Managing relationships with the parent group and meeting its governance and reporting requirements
The person
You will be an experienced CFO or Group Finance Director with a background in manufacturing, engineering or a closely adjacent sector. You will be comfortable operating within a listed-group or institutional ownership framework, and will have managed multi-currency, multi-entity P&L at a comparable scale. ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified. Commutable to London.
