By allowing an AI assistant to learn organizational tools and policies, Hope generates workflow definitions, validates both happy and failure paths, and deploys robust automations. It is built for organizations that require private, AI-native workflow automation across APIs, internal tools, LLMs, cloud events, queues, databases, approvals, and human-in-the-loop processes.
Role Description As the Co-Founder & Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Anpu AI, you will own the end-to-end revenue strategy and execution, from early customer discovery to scalable go-to-market operations. This full-time, on-site role in Dehradun involves working closely with the founding team to define target markets, shape pricing and packaging, and establish repeatable sales motions. You will lead direct sales efforts, build and manage a revenue pipeline, run demos and technical conversations with enterprise stakeholders, and drive contract negotiations to closure. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product and engineering on roadmap priorities, collecting and synthesizing customer feedback, and refining messaging and positioning for different buyer personas. You will also lay the foundation for future revenue teams by setting up processes, metrics, and tools for sales, marketing, and customer success.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales skills, including enterprise sales, pipeline management, and deal negotiation.
- Proficiency in Marketing and go-to-market strategy, including positioning, messaging, and demand generation.
- Excellent Communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical products to non-technical audiences.
- Robust Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to evaluate markets, segment customers, and interpret data-driven insights.
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS or AI/automation products, ideally selling into technical and operations teams.
- Comfort working in an early-stage startup environment, with a hands-on approach and willingness to experiment and iterate quickly.
- Ability to collaborate closely with founders, engineers, and designers, and to represent the company with customers, partners, and investors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree or equivalent experience in high-growth startups is a plus.
