Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Industry: Beverages Experience: 25–30 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) from the Beverages Industry to lead the organization's financial strategy, governance, compliance, and business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess extensive leadership experience across all key finance functions and have a proven track record of driving financial performance in large-scale organizations. Key Responsibilities: Lead overall finance and accounts function of the organization. Drive Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. Manage treasury, cash flow, working capital, and fund management. Ensure compliance with taxation, audit, regulatory, and statutory requirements. Partner with business leaders to drive profitability and sustainable growth. Lead risk management, internal controls, and corporate governance initiatives. Manage investor relations, banking relationships, and fundraising activities. Present financial insights and business recommendations to the Board and senior leadership. Drive cost optimization, business transformation, and performance improvement initiatives. Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing finance teams. Preferred Candidate Profile: CA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification. 25–30 years of progressive finance leadership experience. Must be from the Beverages Industry. Strong expertise across all domains of finance. Proven experience in strategic finance leadership roles. Strong business acumen, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
