Position Overview
The Chief Revenue & Growth Officer will serve as Operon's senior revenue executive and one of the company's primary growth leaders.
This executive will work directly alongside the CEO, Board of Directors, investors, advisors, and executive leadership team to drive enterprise revenue growth, strategic partnerships, industry expansion, go-to-market execution, and Workforce OS adoption.
The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in enterprise technology sales, consulting services, managed services, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, outsourcing, systems integration, and executive relationship management.
Most importantly, this individual brings an established network of senior executive relationships across Fortune 500 and Global 2000 organizations, including CIOs, CTOs, Chief Digital Officers, Chief Transformation Officers, COOs, business unit leaders, and technology executives capable of creating meaningful revenue opportunities for Operon.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in helping Operon secure large enterprise transformation engagements, managed services opportunities, strategic partnerships, and long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute Operon's enterprise growth strategy.
- Identify, develop, and close large-scale consulting, transformation, managed services, and AI workforce opportunities.
- Build a repeatable revenue engine capable of supporting rapid company growth.
- Create pathways for Workforce OS adoption across enterprise organizations.
- Support revenue generation across consulting services, managed services, and platform offerings.
Executive Relationship Development
- Leverage existing executive relationships across enterprise organizations to create revenue opportunities.
- Develop trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior decision makers.
- Expand Operon's executive network across key target industries.
- Establish Operon as a trusted strategic advisor within enterprise accounts.
- Create direct access to senior executive stakeholders responsible for transformation initiatives.
Strategic Partnerships & Alliance Development
- Develop relationships with technology providers, consulting firms, systems integrators, and strategic partners.
- Create revenue-generating partnership programs.
- Support joint go-to-market initiatives with strategic partners.
- Identify opportunities to accelerate market adoption through partner ecosystems.
- Expand Operon's market presence through alliance development.
Enterprise Deal Structuring
- Lead the development of large-scale consulting, managed services, and transformation opportunities.
- Structure enterprise engagements aligned to customer business objectives.
- Support executive-level negotiations and commercial discussions.
- Partner with legal, finance, and delivery leadership to ensure successful deal execution.
- Build scalable commercial frameworks supporting enterprise growth.
Industry Expansion
- Develop growth strategies across:

- Identify industry-specific growth opportunities.
- Build executive relationships within target verticals.

Revenue Operations & Go-To-Market Strategy
- Partner with marketing, partnerships, and executive leadership to develop scalable go-to-market programs.
- Build forecasting, pipeline, and revenue planning capabilities.
- Establish sales methodologies, account planning processes, and growth frameworks.
- Create repeatable motions supporting long-term growth.
Executive Leadership & Corporate Strategy
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team.
- Participate in company-wide strategic planning and growth initiatives.
- Help shape Operon's commercialization, partnership, and expansion strategy.
- Contribute to acquisition, fundraising, and market expansion discussions.
Preferred Qualifications
Required
- 15+ years of enterprise technology, consulting, managed services, outsourcing, or transformation sales experience.
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise revenue organizations.
- Significant experience selling complex transformation engagements and managed services programs.
- Experience negotiating and closing multi-million-dollar enterprise opportunities.
- Deep understanding of enterprise technology buying cycles and executive decision-making processes.
Highly Preferred
- Former Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Growth Officer, Managing Director, Partner, Global Account Executive, Industry Leader, or Enterprise Sales Executive.
- Existing executive relationships across Fortune 500 and Global 2000 organizations.
- Experience at organizations such as Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, EY, IBM, Microsoft, AWS, Google, Salesforce, Oracle, ServiceNow, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, or similar organizations.
- Demonstrated history of influencing or closing $50M+ in aggregate enterprise revenue opportunities.
- Experience selling consulting services, managed services, digital transformation programs, AI solutions, cloud services, or enterprise software.
- Technology, artificial intelligence, enterprise software, or consulting industry experience.

Within the first 6 months, the Chief Revenue & Growth Officer will:
- Introduce qualified executive relationships capable of generating meaningful enterprise revenue opportunities.
- Develop and execute Operon's enterprise growth strategy.
- Build a measurable pipeline of enterprise consulting, managed services, and Workforce OS opportunities.
- Establish strategic partnerships that accelerate revenue growth and market adoption.
- Secure executive meetings with senior decision makers across target industries.
- Advance large-scale enterprise opportunities through the sales lifecycle.
- Expand Operon's presence within Fortune 500 and Global 2000 organizations.
- Support the creation of repeatable go-to-market and revenue generation frameworks.
- Contribute directly to revenue growth, market expansion, and enterprise value creation.
- Serve as a key executive leader helping establish Operon as a market leader in Autonomous AI Workforce Infrastructure.
