Business Operations Manager/Chief of Staff is focused on improving how the business operates by identifying gaps, creating processes, implementing systems, managing projects, and driving execution across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership to identify operational challenges and implement solutions.
- Build, document, and improve business processes across multiple functional areas.
- Lead special projects from planning through execution.
- Create structure, accountability, and reporting mechanisms to support organizational growth.
- Coordinate initiatives across departments and ensure priorities remain on track.
- Develop workflows, standard operating procedures, and process documentation.
- Evaluate and implement systems, tools, and operational improvements.
- Monitor project progress, identify roadblocks, and drive resolution.
- Support strategic planning initiatives and operational execution.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business analyses for leadership.
