The Opportunity
Fabriclore is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team in Jaipur. This is a critical role for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and can provide financial stewardship to drive our continued expansion as a tech-enabled B2B enterprise. The CFO will be instrumental in shaping our financial strategy, optimizing operations, and ensuring robust financial health as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and execute financial strategies that align with Fabriclore's aggressive growth objectives and B2B tech-led model.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a comprehensive team encompassing commercial finance, accounting, compliance, and business intelligence/analytics professionals.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, treasury management, and risk management.
- Multi-Vertical & Multi-Location Management: Provide financial oversight and strategic guidance for multi-vertical and multi-location business operations, ensuring financial efficiency and compliance across all units.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to all financial regulations, statutory compliance, and best-in-class corporate governance practices.
- Business Intelligence & Analytics: Drive the use of financial data and analytics to provide actionable insights, support strategic decision-making, and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
- Investor Relations: Support investor relations activities, including financial presentations and communications with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles.
- Education: Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA). A Company Secretary (CS) qualification will be considered a significant advantage.
- Industry Background: Proven experience within growth-centric organized or technology-enabled businesses such as internet companies, real estate, hospitals, manufacturing, or global exports. Candidates with traditional accounting backgrounds primarily from export units are not suitable for this role.
- ERP Expertise: Demonstrated hands-on experience and strong proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is an absolute must.
- Leadership: Extensive experience in managing and developing diverse financial and commercial teams.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of multi-vertical and multi-location business models, with a track record of successfully managing financial complexities in such environments.
- Location: Ability to work from our headquarters in Jaipur, India.
