The platform recently launched its first operating company, which has scaled rapidly since inception and established a strong position in a large and expanding market. The organization is now building out additional businesses as part of its multi-company portfolio strategy.
We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function and partner closely with the founders and executive team as the organization enters its next phase of scale and value creation.
Role Overview
The CFO will lead financial strategy, planning, capital allocation, and infrastructure development across a growing portfolio of businesses. This role requires experience operating in high-growth, multi-entity, and founder-led and/or PE-backed environments with increasing operational complexity. The CFO will be responsible for building the financial foundation required to support both the existing business and future operating companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy, forecasting, and long-range planning across multiple entities
- Build and scale financial systems, reporting, and controls to support organizational growth
- Oversee capital allocation, investment analysis, and resource prioritization
- Develop financial and operational KPIs to support performance management and decision-making
- Build and lead a high-performing finance organization
- Support evaluation and execution of new business initiatives and growth opportunities
- Partner with founders and executive team on strategic and operational decisions
Qualifications
- Senior finance leadership experience (CFO, SVP Finance, VP Finance) in high-growth organizations.
- Experience in subscription-based, digital health, e-commerce, or technology-enabled business models.
- Experience in founder-led or private equity-backed environments.
- Demonstrated success scaling finance organizations through periods of rapid growth and increasing operational complexity.
- Strong background in FP&A, financial strategy, capital allocation, and business partnering.
- Experience building and operating within multi-entity portfolio structures.
- Experience implementing financial systems, reporting frameworks, and performance metrics that support organizational growth and decision-making.
- Track record of serving as a strategic partner to founders, owners, boards, or executive leadership teams.
