Our client is a growing global pharmaceutical business looking for a bright, proactive and highly organised Business Operations Coordinator to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, likes solving problems and wants to develop a long-term career within business operations, project coordination or operational leadership. Pharmaceutical experience isn't essential – what's more important is your ability to learn quickly, take ownership and build effective working relationships across a business. You'll become a central part of the operation, supporting projects, improving processes and helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing shared mailboxes and incoming business enquiries
- Supporting supply chain and operational activities
- Coordinating projects and business initiatives across multiple departments
- Reviewing and improving operational processes and proceures
- Monitoring key business metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Supporting planning, reporting and operational administration
- Working closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Helping manage resources, budgets and operational priorities
- Identifying challenges and implementing practical solutions
- Supporting compliance, quality and operational best practice
What We're Looking
- Degree educated or equivalent experience
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Naturally curious and eager to learn
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Comfortable working with data, reports and business information
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - this is a fast paced team
- Positive, energetic and professional approach
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularlyExcel
- Previous experience within administration, coordination, operations, projects or business support is essential.
- Full right to work in the UK for a min 18 months - sorry no visa sponsorship
