Candidates must hold one of the following qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Cost & Management Accountant (CMA/ICWA)

MBA (Finance), M.Com, B.Com or other degrees alone are not eligible unless accompanied by CA or CMA qualification.
Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the organization's financial strategy, governance, compliance, treasury, taxation, fundraising, and business growth initiatives. The CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership team and will work closely with the Managing Director and Board of Directors.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Financial Leadership
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with senior leadership on strategic planning and business growth.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance management.
- Evaluate investments, acquisitions, business expansion opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Oversee annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Monitor financial performance and key business metrics.
- Drive profitability improvement, cost optimization, and working capital management.
- Conduct financial risk assessments and scenario planning.
Accounting, Reporting & Controls
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements.
- Establish strong financial controls and governance frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.
- Oversee inventory valuation, costing, fixed assets, and financial reporting.
Treasury & Banking
- Manage banking relationships and treasury operations.
- Oversee CC, OD, LC, BG, and other working capital facilities.
- Lead fundraising, debt management, and capital optimization initiatives.
- Monitor cash flow and liquidity management.
Taxation & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Customs, FEMA, Companies Act, and related regulations.
- Lead tax planning and risk mitigation initiatives.
- Manage statutory, tax, internal, and cost audits.
- Liaise with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Import/Export Finance
- Oversee import/export financial operations and trade finance.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and foreign exchange requirements.
- Manage customs duties, trade finance instruments, and international taxation matters.
Investor & Stakeholder Management
- Build relationships with investors, banks, financial institutions, and key stakeholders.
- Support fundraising, private equity, venture capital, and strategic investments.
- Prepare board-level financial presentations and reports.
Technology & Process Excellence
- Drive ERP implementation and finance automation initiatives.
- Lead digital transformation and process improvement projects.
- Enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency.
Team Leadership
- Lead and develop finance, accounts, taxation, and compliance teams.
- Build strong financial governance and accountability frameworks.
- Mentor future finance leaders and strengthen organizational capabilities.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in Corporate Finance, Treasury, Taxation, and Financial Reporting.
- Deep understanding of Manufacturing Costing and Supply Chain Finance.
- Experience in Fundraising, Investor Relations, and Business Expansion.
- Strong knowledge of Import/Export Finance and International Trade Compliance.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Financial Modeling, and Advanced Excel.

Mandatory Experience
- 10–20+ years of progressive finance experience.
- Minimum 5+ years in a senior finance leadership role such as CFO, Finance Director, VP Finance, or Head of Finance.
- Proven experience managing large-scale financial operations, compliance, treasury, and business growth initiatives.
