Role Description;
This posting is for six National Sales Operations Manager roles in the following countries;

This is a remote, country-based, commission-based market entry role with opportunities to generate additional revenue through installation, project management, and client servicing.
The National Sales Manager will develop and implement sales strategies to expand Harward + Son’s presence in their country. This includes targeting potential clients and building a loyal customer network. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, assisting with the preparation of proposals and tender responses in collaboration with head office, and negotiating commercial terms in line with company objectives.
The role requires building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, engineering partners, and strategic allies, while closely coordinating with internal design, engineering, and project teams to ensure solutions align with client needs. The International Sales Manager will also monitor market trends, contribute to sales forecasting and reporting, represent the company at industry events, and support initiatives that promote safer workplaces.
Qualifications;
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within engineering, infrastructure, vehicle servicing, or related sectors including work site safety practices.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and sell into both private and large institutional clients, including experience with tenders, RFPs, and long sales cycles.
- Strong commercial acumen, including contract negotiation, pricing, and margin management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities, with confidence representing the organization in meetings and at industry events.
- Solid understanding or strong interest in civil, mechanical, structural, or environmental engineering solutions, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value.
- Experience working across multiple countries or regions, with cultural awareness and the ability to travel as needed.
- Proficient in CRM tools, sales reporting, and pipeline management, with a data-informed approach to decision-making.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary international team.
