Junior Sales Operations Specialist
Overview:
The Junior Sales Operations Specialist supports the Sales and Account Management teams by ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate data handling, and responsive customer support. This role requires strong organization, communication, and coordination skills to assist in driving sales efficiency within an ODM/OEM business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Account Managers and Sales teams with customer inquiries, order processing, shipment tracking, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems.
- Assist in preparing quotations, sales reports, and presentations for management and customer reviews.
- Track and monitor inventory movement, ensuring proper control of aging inventory.
- Work cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure smooth order flow.
- Serve as a liaison between internal departments and customers to facilitate timely communication.
- Participate in internal and customer meetings, providing updates and following up on deliverables.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Support, or related functions.
- ODM/OEM industry experience strongly preferred.
- Good understanding of business operations, order flow, and sales processes.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
- Proactive attitude with strong ownership, attention to detail, and team-oriented mindset.
