Finance Director (M/W)
🏢 Location: Berlin and other major cities, Germany
Main responsibilities :
• Serve as the Interim Chief Financial Officer and member of the executive leadership team.
• Lead the finance organization through a critical transformation and integration phase.
• Act as the primary financial advisor to the CEO and shareholders/group leadership.
• Ensure continuity of financial leadership during a strategic transition period
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, treasury, tax and internal control activities.
• Develop financial performance management processes, KPIs and business intelligence tools.
• Support operational leaders through profitability analysis, cost optimization and performance monitoring.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives, including ERP, reporting and digitalization projects.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and corporate financial requirements.
• Manage relationships with financial institutions and key external stakeholders.
• Support corporate development initiatives, including business integration and transformation projects.
• Lead and develop high-performing finance teams in an evolving international environment.
☑️ Your key skills & profile
Profile
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Finance, Controlling or Financial Leadership roles.
• Proven experience as Chief Financial Officer or Interim CFO in international organizations.
• Strong background in FP&A, controlling, financial performance management and business partnering.
• Demonstrated experience in finance transformation, ERP implementation and change management.
• Experience operating in international and multicultural environments.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
