As part of this next chapter, we are seeking an exceptional Chief Revenue Officer to lead our global revenue strategy, commercial organisation and international market expansion.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for an exceptional Chief Revenue Officer to lead Accredit’s global revenue strategy, commercial organisation and international growth.
This is a pivotal executive appointment with responsibility across new business, strategic account growth, customer retention, revenue expansion and customer success. Working closely with the CEO and leadership team, you’ll shape and scale a global revenue function capable of supporting Accredit’s next phase of international growth.
You’ll also play a key role in Accredit’s market expansion strategy, with a particular focus on Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC region.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and develop Accredit’s global commercial teams across the UK, USA and APAC
- Define and execute the company’s global revenue strategy
- Drive new business growth, customer retention and account expansion across all regions
- Improve forecasting, pipeline governance, commercial KPIs and operating discipline
- Build a scalable Customer Success and retention model to improve NRR, GRR and customer lifetime value
- Strengthen strategic account management and support major enterprise opportunities, negotiations and RFP processes
- Review and optimise the commercial structure, talent and processes to support future growth
- Act as executive sponsor for Accredit’s growth strategy in Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years’ experience in enterprise software, SaaS or technology sales, with at least 5 years in a senior revenue / commercial leadership role
- Proven success leading and scaling international revenue or sales organisations across multiple geographies
- Track record of scaling a B2B SaaS, technology or recurring revenue business, ideally through a significant growth stage
- Strong experience across both new business acquisition and customer retention / expansion, including ownership of NRR / GRR
- Experience leading complex enterprise sales cycles, strategic deals, executive relationships and commercial negotiations
- Demonstrated ability to build, optimise and scale high-performing commercial teams, processes and operating discipline
- Strong commercial, strategic and financial acumen, with the credibility to operate at CEO and Board level
Highly Desirable
- Experience in sports technology, major events, venues, workforce management, security technology or operational infrastructure
- Experience operating in Saudi Arabia / GCC
- Background in a private equity or venture-backed growth business
