Chief Revenue Officer

A PE-backed technology and business connectivity provider, serving multi-site retail, hospitality and leisure customers, is looking to appoint a Chief Revenue Officer to join its Executive Leadership Team. This is a high-impact role for a commercially driven leader with experience scaling recurring revenue businesses, building high-performing teams, and delivering sustainable growth.
The Role
- Lead all revenue-generating functions across Sales, Marketing and Account Management.
- Develop and execute the commercial growth strategy.
- Drive new business acquisition and recurring revenue growth.
- Improve customer retention and account expansion.
- Strengthen forecasting, pipeline management and commercial performance.
- Partner with the CEO and wider leadership team to support business growth.
About You
- Proven commercial leadership experience within technology, managed services, telecoms, connectivity or SaaS.
- Strong sales and commercial leadership background with a track record of building, leading and scaling high-performing teams.
- Strong track record of revenue growth and target achievement.
- Deep understanding of recurring revenue and customer retention models.
- Data-driven, commercially astute and operationally strong.
- An inspiring leader capable of creating a high-performance culture.
