Oracle CPQ Lead Developer

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle CPQ Lead Developer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) Cloud implementations, integrations, and solution design.
The ideal candidate should have expertise in designing scalable Oracle CPQ solutions, integrating CPQ with enterprise applications, and leading development teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & Development
- Lead the design and implementation of Oracle CPQ solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Develop and maintain Configuration, Commerce, Pricing, and Approval workflows.
- Design scalable and reusable Oracle CPQ architectures and frameworks.
- Configure:
- Product Models
- Attributes
- Rules
- Recommendation Engines
- Guided Selling Processes
- Develop complex BML libraries, utility functions, and reusable components.
Integration & Technical Leadership
- Design and implement integrations between Oracle CPQ and enterprise systems such as Salesforce CRM.
- Develop REST/SOAP-based integrations and APIs.
- Design and maintain data synchronization processes and batch integrations.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
Commerce & Pricing
- Configure quote lifecycle management and approval workflows.
- Implement advanced pricing models including:
- Customer-specific pricing
- Contract pricing
- Volume discounts
- Multi-currency pricing
- Pricing waterfall strategies
- Support Quote-to-Order processes and ERP integrations.
Document Generation
- Develop and maintain Doc Designer templates.
- Customize XSLT-based document formatting.
- Generate customer-facing:
- Proposals
- Contracts
- Quote Documents
- Troubleshoot XML and document rendering issues.
DevOps & Deployment
- Manage migration packages and deployment processes across environments.
- Utilize Oracle CPQ Developer Toolkit.
- Work with source control systems such as GitHub.
- Establish CI/CD and deployment best practices.
- Perform code reviews and enforce development standards.
